Rainbow Bright: Las Vegas Bokeh
City lights: Las Vegas in bokeh
Las Vegas, a city that never sleeps. It's a beauty from above. There's plenty to see and do in Vegas but by far my favorite are the lights and signage that lure your attention to every corner. Every city is unique and has a story to tell. But most of the time these stories belong to experiences and memories we have. I'll never forget this night's story.
From the Eiffel Tower (Vegas style)
Paris Las Vegas is one of the many hotel and casinos on the Las Vegas Strip. The Eiffel Tower is half the scale (541 feet) of the original Eiffel Tower in Paris, France. So far it's the closest I've ever been to France (one day soon)!
One of the things I was most looking forward to do in Vegas is to see the view from the top. An elevator takes you up 50 stories above the ground to the observation deck. From there you can see the entire valley and the vibrant lights of the city as they burn through the night.
I have more photos of these views to post but first I want you to see the views from an abstract point of view. Before you have a chance to focus on the details of the signage or architecture, I want you to get a sense of the feeling of being at the top and experiencing these views.
Can you guess with this swirling ring of light is?
Yet another memorable monument of the city, it's the High Roller ferris wheel. I loved capturing its light as the colors transformed with each rotation.
